1. Summary
- We do not use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) or advertising cookies.
- The only cookies set automatically on ciubi.net are strictly necessary Cloudflare security cookies.
- The Microsoft Bookings calendar loads only if you click “Load calendar”; only then may Microsoft set its own cookies.
2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so it works properly or remembers certain information. They can be set by the website you visit (first-party cookies) or by third-party services embedded in the page (third-party cookies).
3. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies protect the website and the contact form against attacks and automated traffic. They cannot be switched off on the website and, under Romanian Law no. 506/2004 (ePrivacy), do not require consent.

The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check on the contact form runs in a separate frame (challenges.cloudflare.com) and does not set cookies on the ciubi.net domain.
4. Third-Party Cookies: Microsoft Bookings (on request only)
The booking calendar is provided by Microsoft. It does not load automatically: in the “Contact & Booking” section you need to click “Load calendar”. Once loaded, Microsoft may set the following cookies on its own domains, in line with the Microsoft Privacy Statement:

5. Other External Resources
The website's fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server. We do not load resources from Google and do not use tracking pixels or embedded social media; the LinkedIn link in the footer is a plain link.
6. How to Control Cookies
You can view and delete cookies in your browser settings and configure it to block third-party cookies. Instructions: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking Cloudflare cookies may lead to additional security checks when accessing the website.
