Information about our services on this website is general and informational. It is not a binding offer and does not create contractual obligations. Ciubi.NET services are provided only on the basis of a written quote and a contract signed by both parties; where they differ, the contract prevails over the information on this website.

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server or related systems;
  • run vulnerability scans, denial-of-service attacks or any other action that may affect the website's operation;
  • send automated or unsolicited messages (spam), or illegal, offensive or malicious content through the contact form;
  • submit false information or another person's data without their consent.

We reserve the right to block access to the website for any use that breaches these rules.

5. Contact Form and Online Booking

Sending a message through the form or booking a call through the Microsoft Bookings calendar does not create a contractual relationship. We aim to reply as quickly as possible but do not guarantee a specific response time for requests received through the website. For clients with an active contract, response times are those set out in the contract, and support requests go through the dedicated channels (Help Desk).

Personal data you submit is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The website content (text, graphics, the Ciubi.NET logo, design and source code) belongs to CIUBI.NET S.R.L. and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproducing, distributing or modifying it without our written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The names and logos of Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Veeam and other brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe our services and certifications.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The website contains links and components provided by third parties (for example LinkedIn, Microsoft Bookings, Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not control the content or practices of these services and are not responsible for them; their use is subject to the respective providers' terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date and the website available at all times, but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, CIUBI.NET S.R.L. is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website, from being unable to access it, or from decisions made solely on the basis of the general information published here.
